Alexander Tuven I purchased this product and received it 5 days ago. Since then, I have sent 4 emails and called 8 times, but I have not received any response. I bought this directly from JBL because I thought it was safer and I had some options if something wasn't right. But no one from the Thai team is responding. When you call them, they say they don't speak English and put you on hold until you get an answering machine. I've left a couple of messages. I hope JBL sees this and asks their Thai team to reach out. No problem removing this review after someone contacts me back!
