Product Warranty


Warranty Policy

- The product is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase shown on the receipt/tax invoice received from Mahajak Development Company Limited or its dealers.


Product Warranty

Product warranty does not cover the following cases:

- Damage or disruption resulting from the following causes:

  1. Damage caused by the user's carelessness, such as the product being spilled with water, etc.

  2. Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, and storms.

  3. Damage caused by transportation or accident and negligence of the user after purchasing the product;

  4. Damage caused by improper use, such as connecting the wrong device, playing loud sounds, modifying the device, or using substandard electricity.

  5. The product is deformed, such as broken, bent, cracked, dented, warped, has water stains, burn marks, rust marks, scratches, scuff marks, or is missing or damaged in some way (except within 7 days from the date of purchase).

- Products that customers import from overseas themselves or purchase from stores that are not distributors of Mahajak Development Co., Ltd.

- Products that have been repaired by shops that are not certified by the company, even though the products are still under warranty.

- There are no supporting documents for service during the product warranty period, such as receipts or product warranty cards.

- Counterfeit products.
