Product warranty conditions

1. Warranty period

All products are under warranty for a specified period from the date of purchase with proof of purchase required.

Or valid proof of purchase from an official dealer store


2. Scope of warranty

- Defects in materials or manufacturing processes of the product owner.

- Internal circuit malfunctions under normal use due to the product owner's manufacturing process.

- Operational problems caused by defects in the product owner's manufacturing process.


3. Conditions not covered by the warranty

- Damage caused by transportation, accidents or negligence of the user after purchase.

- Improper use, dropping, impacting, or using beyond normal limits.

- Damage from natural disasters such as floods, fires, storms, earthquakes

- Damage from electrical overloads, power surges or lightning.

- Damage from water, moisture or chemicals

- Damage caused by insects or animals

- Disassembly, modification or repair by unauthorized service center.

- Deformity such as cracked, broken, bent, cracked, dented, warped, water stains, burn marks, rust marks, abrasions, scratches or missing/damaged parts (except for notification within 7 days after purchase)

- Deterioration due to usage, such as batteries, control buttons, and ear cushions.

- Loss or damage of accessories such as power cords, adapters, remotes.

- Using equipment that is not up to standard or not certified by the company.

- The product serial number has been deleted, edited, or cannot be verified.

- Products imported by ourselves or not purchased from the company's official dealers.


4. Additional conditions

- The company reserves the right to analyze the cause and decide whether it is under warranty or not.

- The company is not responsible for any direct, indirect damages or any consequences resulting from the use of the product.


Important Notes

- The Company reserves the right to provide services only to customers who purchase products through the Company's official distribution channels. This does not include products that consumers import into Thailand by themselves or purchase from stores that are not authorized distributors by the Company.

- The Company reserves the right to take action only with customers who can present proof of purchase or any other documents issued by the Company or the Company's distributor.
