I just ordered it, but it arrived damaged. I have to wait for a claim, and I don't know if they'll replace it with a new one or what. It's frustrating for the buyer; I bought it, can't use it, and now I have to send the product back for them to check.

I just bought it and unpacked it, and the faux leather covering is already deteriorating. I'm waiting for a warranty claim, but I don't know if they'll replace it or repair it.

If they replace it, I'd appreciate the after-sales service. But if it needs repairing, that's frustrating. Giving it 2 stars for now.
