Warranty Policy
- The product is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase shown on the receipt/tax invoice received from Mahajak Development Company Limited or its dealers.
- Customers can register their warranty by adding Line Warranty : Mahajak Plus Pre!! Additional 3 months warranty with more Mahajak Plus privileges or click for details at https://www.mahajak.com/th/mahajak-warranty
The product warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Damage or failure due to the following reasons:
1. Damage caused by lack of care, such as the product being spilled on water, etc.
2. Damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, fires, storms
3. Damage caused by transportation or accident and negligence of the user after purchasing the product.
4. Damage caused by incorrect use, such as connecting the wrong device. Turn on loud noises, modify the device, or non-standard electricity.
5. The product is in a deformed condition such as cracked, broken, bent, cracked, collapsed, deformed, with water stains, burns, rust marks, abrasions, scratches, scratches, or thin, missing or damaged parts (except within 7 days from the date of purchase).
- Products that customers import from abroad by themselves or purchased from stores that are not dealers of Mahajak Development Company Limited.
- Products that have been repaired from a shop that is not certified by the company, even if the product is still under the warranty period.
- There are no supporting documents for service during the product warranty period, such as receipts or product warranty cards.
- Counterfeit products

Is cash on delivery available?
- The company does not have a policy to charge for products through the destination.
How can I request a full tax invoice?

and provide complete information for requesting a tax certificate.
